Stokke - Meal board is broken
I haven't use the meal board, but when I want to use it, it was broken. I think it's a design problem. But your Chinese team doesn't agree. Please help me to change it to a new one. For me it's a very bad experience.

Broken baby high chair. Not sure when it happened, but l was cleaning it and notice that it had been broken. Tried contacting Stokke, with no response. Very disappointed with their customer service and support. Not sure how they can help me at this point. I have been waiting for a response from them and now its been 2 months!

High chair cracked in leg. Not sure how it happened. Been trying for months to find out what to do?! I do not have a receipt for this. It was a gift. I think this is the problem for getting a response. Im not happy with this product or the customer service, they seem to be very busy at getting to the bottom of this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

Since writing the review. STOKKE customer service contacted us and offered a free replacement chasis. We now have the perfect stroller that wanted.

We purhased an Xplory X Stroller...On first use it sounds like plastic junk people lookin at us as our stroller made terrible noises! The store we purchased from were shocked at the noises. STOKKE did nothing,,Customer service referred us to an automated email responder. Buy a different brand from someone you can trust if something goes wrong. STOKKE is not to be trusted.

Our house was caught in a fire starting from our neighbors house and the stroller was in the kitchen so it got damaged pretty badly. Before the fire started, one of the wheels was broken but i wasn't going to ask for new wheels. But now, i really need a new stroller. Please can you send me one please.

Is very bad customer service every day I call stokke nobody answers always need to call back. I bought the new stokke stoller x And the cap zipper is broken I can not take my son out becuse no cap And I have applied for a replacement till now I just get email with number of the cliam and I traveling next Monday and I dont know what I should do with this stoller .
